For Attorneys & Families
Estate Planning Notary Services
A dependable mobile notary partner for estate planning attorneys. I bring careful execution, witness coordination and on-the-spot scanbacks to your client's table.
Documents I regularly handle
- Last will and testament
- Self-proving affidavits
- Revocable and irrevocable trusts
- Durable financial power of attorney
- Advance directives for health care
- Living wills
- HIPAA authorizations
- Full estate planning packages
Powers of attorney
I notarize durable, general, limited (special) and healthcare powers of attorney. Each signer must be present, carry valid photo ID, and appear willing and aware of what they are signing. If I have concerns about a signer's awareness or see signs of pressure, I pause the signing and contact the attorney before going further. That protects your client and your firm.
Mobile scanbacks at the signer's table
I carry a mobile scanner. Once the documents are signed and notarized, I can scan the executed set and email it back to the attorney before I leave the table, so your office can review it the same day while originals travel by your shipping instructions.
