Estate Planning Notary Services

A dependable mobile notary partner for estate planning attorneys. I bring careful execution, witness coordination and on-the-spot scanbacks to your client's table.

Documents I regularly handle

  • Last will and testament
  • Self-proving affidavits
  • Revocable and irrevocable trusts
  • Durable financial power of attorney
  • Advance directives for health care
  • Living wills
  • HIPAA authorizations
  • Full estate planning packages

Powers of attorney

I notarize durable, general, limited (special) and healthcare powers of attorney. Each signer must be present, carry valid photo ID, and appear willing and aware of what they are signing. If I have concerns about a signer's awareness or see signs of pressure, I pause the signing and contact the attorney before going further. That protects your client and your firm.

Mobile scanbacks at the signer's table

I carry a mobile scanner. Once the documents are signed and notarized, I can scan the executed set and email it back to the attorney before I leave the table, so your office can review it the same day while originals travel by your shipping instructions.

Why attorneys work with me

  • NNA Certified and LSS Certified signing agent, with $100K E&O coverage
  • Visits to homes, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and offices
  • Witness coordination arranged ahead of time
  • Final page-by-page review for missed signatures, initials and certificates
  • Immediate scanbacks from my mobile scanner
  • Calm, patient service for elderly and homebound clients

What happens at the signing

  1. Arrival

I introduce myself and confirm who is signing and which documents are present.

  2. ID check

I verify each signer's identity under Georgia notary law.

  3. Willing & aware

I confirm each signer is acting freely and understands they are signing.

  4. Execution

I guide each signature, initial and witness line, then complete the notarial certificates.

  5. Final review

I check every page for missed signatures or certificates.

  6. Scanback

I scan the executed documents to the attorney before I leave.
